Donations
I am so grateful that I am able to be a full time artist. I feel that it is my responsibility to use my art and income to give back to my community.
I focus on giving to environmental and Philly based organizations.
These are the non-profits I’ve donated to in the past year.
I share this information because I know when I make purchases from individuals and companies, I like to know what they support.
Sustainability
As an artist who focuses of nature and animals, I feel it is especially important for me to be aware of how my consumption impacts our planet.
I am constantly learning and researching new ways to make my business and art better for our planet.
Currently Seeking:
- a waterproof sticker material that is not vinyl
- a more environmentally friendly way of making giclee archival prints
- Plastic free packaging for cards
Current Practices:
- cards and garland are made from 100% recycled linen
- clear sleeve packaging is made from a compostable, plant-based (corn) material
- packages are shipped in recycled kraft mailers
- paper packing tape has replaced plastic
- shipping labels are 100% recycled with zero waste liner
